Before the meeting, you must inform the participants:
1. time of meeting (schedule)
2. access number: +34902875099
3. number of your conference call room;
when the participants call the number 902875095, a recorded message
requests they the number of your conference call room (*number#).
When the host opens the room (by the dially the the access code or PIN)
everyone take part in the conference.
While the room is closed, the people can hear music.
