1. Who is the company behind reunionportelefono?
        reunionportelefono is the conference call service of Consulting Smartic Solutions, Ltd., a company specializing in advanced telecommunications services to big corporations. It is listed in the register of companies RDI of Madrid (Minister Industria, Turismo y Comercio). In September 2008 was approved for listing on the listing of the tax, companies that send and receive electronic billsg (facturae format) (less than 50 companies nationwide).
   
   
2. Where can find out more about the company?
        All the information on our company is available on the corporate portal www.smartic.es, legal information, is available in the "about us". You can find us physically in our offices in Madrid and always on the phone +34902875095. If desired, one of our Key Account Manager can visit at your offices.
   
   
3. Why must I sign the contract document for Free plan?
        Free Plan customers must also complete and submit the Free plan contract. The Free plan does not request bank details because we do not charge anything to users.
   
   
4. How do register?
        It's very easy, you only have to follow the 3 step indicate in Register/contract section
   The month rate of the first month is calculated from the date of registering.
   
   
5. Invoicing
   
   • invoicing period: from 25/month_1/xx to 24/month_2/xx
   • date of invoice is 29/month_2/xx
   • date of debit in the bank: 7/month_3/xx
   • Example for June: The invoice is issued the 29th June with all the conference call from 25th May to 24th June and the debit from the bank is on the 7th July.
   • Pay by standing order.
     
     
6. ¿How much is the cost of the 902 call, although reunionportelefono doesn't charge?
       You just pay for your own phone call (typically, 6 cént€/min+IVA from a Spain landline). If your operator is Telefónica click here for see the 902x rates. These charges appear on your phone bill in the same way as any other call.

How work: You call from any phone to the number +34902875096 and you enter inside the trial conference call room automatically. If there is someone in the room, everybody hearns and alarm bell, and you will be able to talk with the other people. If you are the first, you enter the room and wait listening to music, until someone enter the trial room. The other people can enter by calling to the +34902875096, and everybody can talk with eachother. IMPORTANT: Access is free and anyone can enter the room at any point. Participants will hear a "bell" when someone enters. In the trial room restricted access isn't possible (it is possible in our products Free and Premium). Don't use this room for confidential meetings because anyone can enter the room and listen!!! The service is free. The users pay the call to their own operator. NORMAL PROCESS: The customer sends an email in advance to reserva -at- webconference.es indicating time/date of the meetings, the security code chosen for the same (between 4 and 8 digits), and the presentation to be made (must be a PDF or ppt document). The time/date agreed, all the attendees, after entering in the telephone conference call, enter the web http://webconference.es.
